Nosso objetivo é servir à nossa comunidade por meio de aulas dinâmicas e ofertas digitais. As we close this year, I want to celebrate the beautiful work your children have done — learning to breathe, move, stretch, create, imagine, and be kind. Upside Down Yoga Kids continues to grow because of your trust, and our little yogis keep inspiring every step of this journey.I also want to thank our partners and families for your trust and support. December brings a mix of excitement, cozy days at home, and moments when children need a little extra emotional support. Simple ideas that families can practice calm all month

 

Week 1: Try 1 new breathing technique Read a mindful story before bedtime

Week 2: Do a creative project together (paint, collage, or color)🤸‍♂️ Practice 3 yoga poses: Mountain, Cat-Cow, and Child’s PoseWeek 3:Say 3 things you are grateful for every morning Add a 2-minute bedtime stretch + belly breathing

Week 4: Create a “calm corner” at home with cushions + crayons.
