We are delighted to have you here. We are currently offering two Programs: Summer Camp and After School Fall Program.
Summer Camp:
A Balanced Approach to Movement
and Creativity
Our program offers a flexible, alternative schedule designed to meet the needs of every family. We provide 3-hour morning sessions (9:00 am to 12:00 pm) for our younger students and 3-hour afternoon sessions for older students. This structure is specifically created to support families seeking a more focused, shorter camp experience.We strive to offer a balanced experience by integrating physical movement with neuro-physiological stress reduction. Through specialized yoga practices and creative arts projects, we focus on nervous system decompression, helping children reduce stress levels and develop better emotional regulation.

After School Fall Program:
New Yoga Themes & Craft Curation
We design all activities with love and dedication to provide a balanced and well-structured program that meets children's physical needs and cognitive milestones. Our sessions include 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of crafts. Click below to explore the full program.
