Cancelation
At Upside Down Yoga Kids, we genuinely care about providing a wonderful experience for our young yogis and their families. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve created a cancellation and rescheduling policy to help us all stay organized.
Please remember that cancellations can’t be made through our website, but if you need to reschedule, we’re here to help! Just out to us via email within a month of your original class date. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling requests, as no-shows will forfeit the class. We’re also understanding of emergencies and will do our best to accommodate you.
To keep our classes enjoyable, we have limited capacity, and late arrivals over 15 minutes may not be able to join. While we don’t offer refunds for missed classes, we may provide credits under special circumstances.
Your child’s health is our priority, so if they’re feeling unwell, please keep them at home. We encourage the use of masks, but it’s not mandatory. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work together to create a safe and joyful environment for everyone!

Rules for Covid
We offer in-person classes and have been following the latest recommendations of the City of San Francisco and the CDC https://coronavirus.ucsf.edu/eventsIf.
If your child is sick, please do not come to classes. Parents must ensure their child does not present symptoms such as fever or other illnesses. We will not allow children who are sick to partake in classes. Children in our classes are in close contact with other children and use shared equipment, and we want to avoid the spread of illnesses.
The use of masks is encouraged but not required.
