We are beyond excited to announce a special partnership between Upside Down Yoga Kids and the San Francisco Public Libraries!
In celebration of Latino culture, we’re kicking off this collaboration with a special event in honor of Latino Heritage Week.
Join us at the Linda Burton Branch of the Bayview Library on October 19, next Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, for a fun and engaging workshop designed for children aged 3 to 6 years old. The workshop includes a dynamic 30-minute yoga class where children will explore the power of sound in the human body. Through playful poses, breathing techniques, and music, we’ll help kids find calm and creativity.
Afterward, children will have the chance to express their imagination through a fun, hands-on craft activity! It’s the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and creativity that honors Latino culture.
Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on more events like this, where we offer yoga for kids, arts and crafts, and other enriching activities. We work with two age groups, children aged 3-6 and 6-12.
Don’t Miss Out
Stay connected with us and join our growing community. We can’t wait to see you at Upside Down Yoga Kids.
