Exciting News from Upside Down Yoga Kids! 

We’re thrilled to introduce our new crafts, designed with love and intention to support your little ones' development!


At Upside Down Yoga Kids, we embrace a growth mindset and prioritize transparency, always aiming to serve you better. We believe crafts are so much more than just fun—they're a meaningful way for kids to express their emotions, spark creativity, and grow essential skills.


For preschoolers aged 3–6, crafts play a crucial role in improving gross and fine motor skills while nurturing their imagination. These activities also help kids with emotional development, self-expression, and managing their shorter attention spans.


Our craft sessions are designed to fit perfectly into 30 minutes, keeping them simple, engaging, and age-appropriate. We focus on using non-toxic materials to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Objective: Learn grounding and balance, focusing on tree pose to feel rooted and calm. Story: The Great Oak Tree teaches children to stay grounded like the oak tree's roots

Flow Like a River – Cat-Cow Pose, Body band, twists relaxing the body.

Calm as the Ocean – Belly Breathing with yoga blocks

Strength of a Warrior – Warrior Pose.

Craft: Mindful Pendulum – String, beads, pendulum.

Metamorphosis – Butterfly Pose. Objective: Explore the transition from caterpillar to butterfly, promoting change and growth.

Partnering with amazing organizations like @lascuola_sf, @presidioknollsschool, and @sfpubliclibrary, we’re offering engaging yoga sessions, creative crafts, and activities designed to inspire and enrich children’s minds and bodies. From practicing mindful breathing to exploring imaginative themes through yoga postures and hands-on crafts, your kids will enjoy a holistic, fun-filled experience.
